How do you say: I dont have a sister or brother
Cześć Joel,
Thank you for your question?
The correct version of your sentence: "Mam młodszego brata i cztery młodszego siostrę." is:
"Mam młodszego brata i cztery młodsze siostry."
If you have four sisters you need to use plural form of "siostra", which is "siostry".
Then, you need to alter adjective "młodszy" to the plural, feminine noun, which is "młodsze".
Pay attention to the "y" or "a" at the end:
"y" at the end is used only for masculine nouns,
"a" at the end is used only for feminine nouns.
For example, "siostra" is a girl so you have to change "młodszy" to "młodsza" => "młodsza siostra".
Let's say you have older brother and four older sisters. You can say it in Polish:
"Mam starszego brata i cztery starsze siostry".
I hope that helps, but if you have any more questions please just let me know!
Thanks!
Hanna
