Please let us know if you have any more questions.

It would help me to just count in Polish and not to be learning more vocabulary than the numbers. I agree it would also be valuable to see them in the vocabulary list

It would be good to have the individual numbers in the vocabulary for this lesson, to help with pronunciation practice.

Hi Janusz

You are right. It may be a little bit confusing in the dialogue. "Banan" is a masculine noun. Jeden banan - one banana. Dwa banany - two bananas.

For your information if you want to say five bananas it will be "pięć bananów".

I hope that clears your doubt.

Sincerely

Piotr

Hello there

I am confused with one and two and their gender change in Polish. When we say two bananas, according to the lesson, one says "dwa banany" since banan is a neuter object. Therefore, why do we say "jeden banan" and not "jedno banan"? Would it mean that in singular "banan" is masculine? I am sorry but I don't get it.

Thanks in advance to help me out with this issue.

Cheers.

Janusz Brzechwa.
