Thank you for your comment. Actually two words carry totally different meaning.
"Większość" would be be translated as "majority" (and it is a noun singular form)
Najbardziej is an adverb (answers question "jak") and it can be translated (I like something) "the most"
The sentence itself refers to "Majority - Większość" therefore it is in singular form.

In this sentence, "Większość polskich pociągów jest stara." why is Większość used rather than Najbardziej? Also, shouldn't the verb be the plural form, są, rather than jest?
