Eric: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Marzena: Making a negative sentence in Polish is pretty simple—you just need to add the particle nie, meaning “not,” in front of the verb and it can be used in the same way even with the infinitive forms. If you have an object that follows, it will usually appear in the genitive case.
